STEP 1: MASTER THE FOUNDATION

In this first phase, our goal is to build a firm foundation for success by mastering the two things you have control over every day, what you put in your body (food) and how much you move your body (activity & exercise).

Once we have built better habits in your lifestyle we can then identify your weak point and make that habit a strength! We will look at things such as your stress, sleep, mood, exercise, consistency, hydration, nutrition, protein intake, libido, etc… Our goal is to make these aspects of your health OPTIMAL!

This phase typically takes 1-4 weeks then we can enter into the next step!

STEP 2: BUILD THE MACHINE

In this phase, our main goal is to turn your body into a CALORIE BURNING MACHINE! Unlike anything you’ve tried in the past (cardio, hit classes, restrictive diets, etc…) we focus on PREPARING your body for sustainable fat-loss instead of going straight for it and just hoping it stays off…

We do this by focusing on 2 major things, slowly increasing calorie/protein intake and building as much muscle as possible. This combination will help your body burn more calories 24/7 without doing any extra work! Unlike cardio which only burns calories when you’re doing the lifting…

Once we have trained your body to consume 500-1,000 more calories daily, WITHOUT gaining weight we then move into step 3. This duration of this process is largely dependent on your diet history however it typically takes about 2-4 months to complete.

STEP 3: SUPERCHARGE YOUR RESULTS

Now that you have actually PREPARED for fat loss we can finally lose the weight and KEEP IT OFF FOREVER!! In this phase, we focus our attention on losing weight without restrictive diets and also maintaining the muscle tissue we’ve worked so hard to build. 

The BEST PART is being able to lose weight without cutting out the foods you love, still being able to attend social events, date nights, and holiday party’s without feeling guilty or falling off track! 

The length of this phase depends on how much weight you need to lose, typically our clients lose 0.5-1lb/week so use that to calculate your timeframe!

STEP 4: INTERNALIZE YOUR NEW “NORMAL”

The phase that makes us different, instead of keeping you lost and not knowing where to go next like most coaches do, our goal in this last phase is to give you the blueprint, the tools, and the confidence to go off on your own so we can be the last coach’s you’ll ever work with that’s what being TAUGHT NOT TOLD means to us.

Once we have build better lifestyle habits, built muscle, sped up our metabolism, and reached our weight loss goal, we’re now ready to maintain these amazing results, remember you can’t stay in a deficit forever!

We will return to baseline, learn the skills you need to keep your results and harness the confidence to continue seeing change, that’s when you’re ready to graduate (60 day process)
