Notable successes include a client's significant weight loss and coaching his first bodybuilding competitors. Coach Nate began his fitness journey through wrestling, initially motivated by a desire to build confidence and address past bullying. He transitioned his major to kinesiology and later became a fitness coach, initially at a commercial gym and eventually moving to private coaching. Coach Nate has a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology and emphasizes continuous learning. His training philosophy prioritizes proper form, understanding that results extend beyond the gym to encompass nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress, and activity levels. Specializing primarily in weightlifting, he focuses on tailored programs based on client assessments.

Holding an AA degree in kinesiology and having worked extensively in both physical therapy and personal training, he emphasizes personalized training and rehabilitation. Coach Jake’s specialties include resistance training, particularly rehabilitation, aiding clients with various injuries from lower back to post-stroke rehab. He stays updated with the latest fitness trends by following notable experts in the field. A standout success story involves rehabilitating a client with severe lower back issues post-surgery.
