Armed with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and nutrition certification, he founded "Taught Not Told," aiming to teach clients self-sufficiency in fitness. Specializing in diverse areas, from weight loss to injury recovery, he prioritize continuous learning and client education. Notable successes include a client's significant weight loss and coaching his first bodybuilding competitors. His unique approach focuses on ending the coaching relationship by empowering clients with knowledge.

With a thorough assessment process, he customizes workouts, emphasizing safety and preventing plateaus. Personal achievements include diverse fitness milestones and a client base exceeding 460, with over 100 transformations. Coach Nate

Coach Nate began his fitness journey through wrestling, initially motivated by a desire to build confidence and address past bullying. Positive feedback on his physique from peers led to a growing passion for fitness. He transitioned his major to kinesiology and later became a fitness coach, initially at a commercial gym and eventually moving to private coaching. Coach Nate has a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology and emphasizes continuous learning. His training philosophy prioritizes proper form, understanding that results extend beyond the gym to encompass nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress, and activity levels. Specializing primarily in weightlifting, he focuses on tailored programs based on client assessments.

He is proud of the transformations he’s facilitated, from reversing diabetes in a client to boosting self-confidence in another on the brink of despair. His coaching style emphasizes accountability, with regular weigh-ins and adaptable programming. Safety is paramount, ensuring clients lift weights appropriate for them. His experience working in a physical therapy office inspired him towards fitness, leading him to establish his personal training business at 20. Holding an AA degree in kinesiology and having worked extensively in both physical therapy and personal training, he emphasizes personalized training and rehabilitation. Coach Jake’s specialties include resistance training, particularly rehabilitation, aiding clients with various injuries from lower back to post-stroke rehab. He stays updated with the latest fitness trends by following notable experts in the field. A standout success story involves rehabilitating a client with severe lower back issues post-surgery.

His style emphasizes his vast knowledge base, versatility, and individualized approach. He tailor programs based on client goals and prioritize safety and injury prevention, especially given his focus on rehabilitation.
